St. Pius X School Advisory Council

The purpose of the St. Pius X School Advisory Council is to share the responsibility for the education of the students of the school with the pastor of St. Pius X Parish. The councils functions as an advisory board to the pastor in written school policies and the implementation of the school policies.

The membership consists of the pastor, the school principal, the school assistant principal and nine members from the St. Pius X Parish and/or School appointed by the pastor. Members serve a two-year term and may be reappointed. Also appointed by the pastor is a Budget/Finance Committee chairperson. Two additional members include the president of the Home & School Association and the president of the Athletic Association. A teacher representative, selected by his/her peers, also sits on the Advisory Council.
